Technical Pitch

Our Product the BuzzBox, is based on the PIC16F1778 processor. Along with custom audio processing(WIP) and a tactile display.

Multiplexing the vibration motors to be able to control them with the pins available to us

As a prototype and demonstration, we created a multiplexed LED grid simulating a maze and run off of an Arduino. The lit LEDs represent vibrating motors that would be on in the real console.

The flashing light represents the player position, while the solid lights represent the walls.

Since the coin motors would use 3 V, the power supply for the PIC was regulated to 3.3 V as well.
